The staff was friendly and helpful in all matters. Nice pool, which is also free in the morning. There were no crowds in the hotel. Nearby there are many good cafes, a museum of steam locomotives and a tram stop. You can climb to the roof of the hotel for a small fee. But the best view is from the restaurant. A beautiful lobby with a VTB ATM. The price matches.

Something creaks in the bathroom. What exactly is not clear. The sound insulation is terrible, and all the neighbors ' actions in the bathroom are audible. The staff, from the cleaning staff to the pool instructor, are incredibly nice and friendly.
