Le Vernissage restaurant offers a vast selection of seafood, delivered from France by air twice a week. Guests are treated to chilled oysters, blue mussels, flatfish, Saint-Pierre (a deep-sea Atlantic fish), lobsters and langoustines. Your server will offer several cooking options to choose from. Also on the menu: fresh sterlet, Royal shrimp carpaccio, red tuna fillet, and crawfish with sturgeon caviar.
