Chef Valentin Komisin

Chef Valentin Komisin is one of the brightest personalities in the Ambassador Hotel and a distinguished master of the art of cookery. His professional achievements include a gold medal of the 4th championship of Russia for culinary and servicing (2003), Grand Prix “Gold Medal” of the international Internet-based course for chefs, the first place in the city contest of chefs (2000), participation in the events of St. Petersburg Chefs Club, and internships in the best restaurants of Germany and Israel.

Valentin Komisin is a member of the Guild of Gourmets and often invited to be a judge of international competitions and championships, including the international contest “Chaine des Rotisseurs — 2004”, the championship of St. Petersburg for culinary arts “Culina — 2004” and “Culina — 2006”.
