Japanese Ambassador at the hotel «Ambassador»

The Japanese Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary in Russia, Masaharu Kono, and his wife stayed at the hotel «Ambassador» from August 31 to September 1, 2009. During his stay in St. Petersburg the ambassador met with the city's governor V.I. Matvienko and gave a lecture at the St. Petersburg Trade Union University of the Humanities on the topic “An International Dialog of Cultures: Russia and Japan, From a Lack of Interest to a Mutually Beneficial Relationship.”
