Turku Days in St. Petersburg

On 4 June 2007, the Ambassador Hotel hosted a conference on Maritime Policy: EU and Russia in its Orion conference room as part of Turku Days, held in St. Petersburg from 3 to 6 June. The conference was attended by Mayor of Turku Mikko Pukkinen. This year, the official delegation of the City of Turku to St. Petersburg included CEOs of more than 30 major Finnish companies, the likes of Acker Yards, Raisio, Sigge, Deltamarine, Elomatic, Hartela, and others. The event program featured free rock and jazz concerts, as well as seminars and business meetings.
