It is guaranteed that business meetings hosted in the Ambassador Hotel will have a business-like atmosphere.

Negotiation rooms and conference halls on the ground and the ninth floors are available for you.

The Ambassador Restaurant on the first floor in the glassed atrium can be turned into a conference hall to accommodate 100 and more people. The Premier and Yusupov rooms also located on the first floor of the hotel will suit for smaller business meetings. The nearby Lobby Bar is a perfect place for coffee breaks.

The conference area on the ninth floor includes three halls — Orion, Sirius and Vega — all having doors to the foyer, which allows one to convene several events devoted to one subject at the same time.

To accommodate a bigger event for more than 200 people the room of Le Vernissage Restaurant can be used, while in the Gallery Bar nearby coffee breaks can be arranged.

At your choice, we can offer you additional restaurant services (coffee breaks, receptions), music and flower decoration.

You can also use the services of the business center where you can photocopy or scan documents, work on a PC, get access to the Internet, send or receive documents by fax, laminate or stitch documents. To make your business meetings more efficient you can also additionally book services of interpreters.
