The concierge service of the Ambassador Hotel welcomes you in St. Petersburg, the Northern capital of Russia and one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

Whether you have planned your stay in the city or are in the process of making choices, we are sure that we will be able to assist you in making your visit to St. Petersburg as effective as possible. We will be happy to offer you our knowledge and information about our favorite city named after St. Peter, its sights, history and cultural life.

In order to facilitate all the necessary formalities when arriving at or departing from airports Pulkovo 1 (domestic flights) and Pulkovo 2 (international flights) we suggest that you should use Fast Track or VIP passport control and customs clearance services. Fast Track means that a passenger is met and accompanied by an airport representative and goes through passport control and customs clearance as well as baggage claim (luggage check in) ahead of the line.

If you have not booked the transfer yet, we recommend that you to book a hotel car to meet you at the airport. Give us the details and time of your flight and our driver will meet you at the airport and bring you to the hotel. The trip from the airport to the Ambassador Hotel will take about 30-40 minutes.

Transfers

All prices are indicated per one transfer in roubles and include VAT (18%). All transfers are done by cars and vans (busses) of delux class (Mercedes, Volkswagen).
