Estonian Lunch at the Ambassador Hotel

A Sunday lunch, part of the Baltic Meetings project, took place on February 21, 2010 at the Ambassador Hotel. The event, organized jointly with the company Enterprise Estonia with support from the Estonian consulate general, was held in honor of Independence Day for the Republic of Estonia.

Valentin Komisin, chef at Ambassador Hotel, presented traditional Estonian dishes together with Dmitry Demyanov and Vladislav Dyachuk, academics at the Estonian Culinary Institute.

The event included a presentation on Tallinn as European cultural capital for 2011.

Accompanying the lunch was folk music performed by an Estonian group.
