Tallinn Dates in St. Petersburg, held from 8 through 10 November 2007, opened at Mussorgsky Academic Opera and Ballet Theater (Mikhailovsky Theater), which hosted a gala concert in memory of Georg Ots, a celebrated Estonian opera singer from the Soviet era.
The Ambassador Hotel was honored to play host to the Estonian delegation led by Tallinn Mayor Edgar Savisaar. As part of its Baltic Dates series, the hotel ran seminars on education and tourism, as well as networking events for the business communities of St. Petersburg and Tallinn, attended by Vice Governor of St. Petersburg M.E. Oseevsky and deputy chief of City Hall’s External Relations Committee S.L. Markov.
